Multipack S.r.l. with headquarters located in the heart of the Packaging Valley in Casalecchio di Reno, Bologna has been producing packaging machines “100% designed and built in Italy” since 1979, at the beginning for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food product markets. In 1988, we entered into the tissue field and since then we have delivered to date more than 3000 machines worldwide.

In 2015, under an agreement with our reselling partner, Multipack left the pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging field and since then we have concentrated all our efforts on the tissue and towel market by continuing to supply world-class machines for the packaging of flat pack and bulk napkins and other related products.

Our customer service department provides a 360° support on our machines to all customers on the world scale. Our approach is based on concepts of diversification and modularity offering different types of service contracts, training, sale of spare parts and original equipment, remote support and complete revamping.

We work quickly, competently and with specialized technical staff to manage all customers’ requests in a shortest time. We use the most innovative technologies to develop machine management systems that increase efficiency and guarantee an absolute control over the production cycle.

Starting from the analysis of customers’ needs, our team is able to provide innovative and performing solutions to be integrated to all ours machines.
